Analysis & Planning Phase

Solid requirements provide a foundation for solid design and technology architecture and make true project costing and scheduling estimation possible. By working with key users and stakeholders identified during the Initiation phase, all product requirements are captured through an iterative process of data collection and refinement. Design Phase

During this phase, detailed specifications of the product are created and the system and application architectures are formulated. Strict discipline is followed to ensure that detailed "blue prints" are created to serve as the foundation for the subsequent Implementation phase.

Implementation Phase
